We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and, if it was our error, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
